The classic twelve: red is red, green is green. Short hexagonal barrels covered in line-drawn bears, owls and rabbits, with cores that rub out when the sky turns out purple by mistake.
- 12 true single colors for learning color names
- Erasable cores forgive first attempts
- Hexagonal 3.4 in barrels will not roll off a high chair tray
- Thick core, about 0.2 in, resists snapping
- Sharpener included; cap colors match the cores
