Draw a small line on the inside of a wrist and wait a few minutes before starting a full design. Keep markers away from eyes and lips, cap them tightly after use, and remember that UV neon sets need a blacklight to glow.
The 15-color dual-tip set. It has classic colors plus metallics, and each pen has a brush tip for detail and a round tip for filling.
The UV neon markers are formulated for ages 12 and up. The metallic set is labeled 14+.
Once dry, the ink is water- and sweat-resistant, so it holds through running around. It still lifts off with wipes, cleanser or soapy water.

Face paint markers replace the pots, sponges and brushes of a traditional face painting kit with a set of pens. That makes them faster for parents at a birthday party and easier for teens doing their own festival or Halloween looks. ThEast markers also draw on paper, cards, eggs and wood, so the set keeps working after the party.
UV blacklight markers are a separate category: their fluorescent ink reacts to UV lamps in the 365 to 395 nm range and appears to glow. They are popular for glow parties, school discos, raves and concerts.
