How it gets to your table

We lay out the table; the partner store carries the box to your door. Here is the route, start to finish.

1. You press the button

Each buy button here opens the matching ThEast listing in the partner store, in a new tab.

2. You check out there

Delivery options, costs and the estimated arrival date are shown at checkout before you pay.

3. The store dispatches

The parcel leaves a store warehouse, and a tracking link appears in your store account.

4. It lands on the mat

Pencils and markers travel in their retail boxes. If you ordered a twin set or the 140 pack, count the inner boxes when it arrives.
